We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join a fast‐growing e‐commerce beauty brand. This is a key role, responsible for shaping and delivering marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will take full ownership of multi‐channel campaigns, lead and mentor junior team members, and manage relationships with brand partners. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional ready to step into a leadership role and make a measurable impact.

In this role, you will plan, execute, and oversee multi‐channel marketing campaigns, ensuring all activity is delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard. You will lead the creation of engaging content, manage email marketing initiatives, coordinate cross‐functional teams, and maintain strong relationships with external brand partners. You will also monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide actionable insights to optimise future campaigns and drive engagement, conversion, and overall business growth.

To be considered, candidates should have marketing experience (ideally in beauty or consumer goods), proven experience managing multi‐channel campaigns, strong project management skills, the ability to lead or support junior team members, proficiency in Canva or similar creative tools, and experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
