Our client is seeking a highly commercial Head of Ecommerce & Digital to lead its global ecommerce operation from Liverpool, with 3 to 4 days per week in the office. Ecommerce represents over 80% of group revenue, trading across 20 international sites including the UK, Germany, France and Italy.

This role carries full ownership of ecommerce performance, revenue growth and digital strategy across a £40m+ online business. You will lead a team of 15 and work closely with warehouse, distribution and wholesale teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

The role is hands-on and trading focused, with responsibility for merchandising, CRO, pricing, promotions and customer journey optimisation. You will own all digital channels including SEO, PPC, email, CRM and paid media, supported by internal teams and external agencies.

Platform responsibility includes Magento, working with a development agency and internal Project Manager. You will be expected to deliver a clear ecommerce roadmap, manage performance reporting, and drive continuous commercial improvement across all markets.

We are looking for a senior ecommerce leader with experience in high-revenue online trading environments and a strong analytical mindset. You must be commercially driven, data-led and comfortable managing large teams and complex international operations. Experience with multi-site ecommerce, CRM, copywriting and performance marketing is essential, with strong stakeholder and agency management skills.
