My client is looking for an e Commerce Executive to join their growing digital team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or website management who wants to develop their skills across website optimisation, online trading and conversion rate optimisation within a fast-moving ecommerce environment.

You’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the website, ensuring products, promotions and customer-facing content are accurate, engaging and commercially effective.

A key focus of the role will be improving product discovery, merchandising key categories, supporting product launches and ensuring the website delivers the best possible experience for customers.

Working closely with Ecommerce, Commercial, Marketing, Product and Customer Service teams, you’ll help identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and drive online performance.

You’ll support website updates, optimise product and category pages, review navigation and onsite content, and use customer insights and website data to highlight areas for improvement.

A significant part of the role will involve creating and improving digital content, including product descriptions, category copy, FAQs, landing pages and promotional assets.

You’ll also support seasonal campaigns, website trading activity and simple creative projects, helping ensure the brand is presented consistently and effectively across all digital touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will have experience within ecommerce, digital marketing, website administration or online merchandising, with a strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in how websites can improve customer experience and drive sales.

You’ll be organised, commercially minded and comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Woo Commerce or Word Press, alongside tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, Figma or AI platforms, would be advantageous.
