An amazing opportunity has arisen for a startup digital marketing agency based in Lancaster. This role will be a leading position in the agency and oversee a team as well as a varied portfolio of prestigious clients. The role will be the first employee in the business and be a combination of salary and options.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone to be part of a fast growing business and be part of its success in growing a local and talented team and help it become one of the best PPC and Tiktok agency\’s in the UK. The business is led by a successful business owner in digital and will have significant investment to make it one of the main players in the UK. The business is based in Lancaster already with an office, a digital board appointed from some of the most influential digital leaders in the UK and a Non-Exec who is recognised as being behind growth of one of the best agencies in the UK.

The role will work with the CEO to win new clients and grow the business year on year based on set targets and goals. You will have a voice and work alongside the owner to bring ideas to life. The agency will be hitting the market with a bang and leverage the extensive network and relationships the CEO has across digital marketing and ecommerce. You will be getting involved with work from a hands-on capacity and strategically plan clients\’ work and the growth of the team. You will identify key local talent and be passionate about developing people to become the best version of themselves. The business has views to become the employer of choice in the area and is known for quality work and developing talent.

This role will suit someone who has solid experience of performance marketing across PPC and SEO both at a high level, leading and mentoring a team. You will have strong hands-on campaign experience along with higher-level strategic thinking. The role will have a hybrid way of working along with Gym membership, parking and the ability to capitalise on the company\’s growth through bonuses and options. You will have strong stakeholder skills, be commercial, entrepreneurial and have an approach to provide excellence. This role would suit someone at Manager level or is currently heading up a performance function and wants a life changing role!
