My Client, a well-established and growing men and womenswear brand, is looking for a Head of Ecommerce to manage 4 of their websites in a period of growth.
You will oversee all Ecommerce functionalities, collaborating with the in-house development team, trading & merchandising, and creative and content teams. You will be managing the bespoke platform and various plugins, such as search bar functionality, CRO tools, and merchandising studios along with managing ecommerce functionalities for all brands.
You will focus on internationalisation, with Global E launching in early 2024 and champion a data-driven strategy to identify gaps, propose creative solutions, and measure performance. Along with this, you will optimise content and consumer journeys for the best user experience across devices whilst managing three separate brands with multiple teams, totaling seven people.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Ecommerce functionalities, experience with managing bespoke platforms and plugins, and knowledge of international markets, especially in the fashion industry. You will advocate for a data-driven strategy to enhance performance and possess expertise in optimising user experiences across various devices along with the proven ability to manage multiple brands and teams effectively.
