Based in London with a hybrid model, this is a senior, high-visibility role with scope to shape the CRM proposition and customer communications strategy.

You will own the global CRM strategy across App, Loyalty and omnichannel communications, driving retention, opt-ins and data-driven improvements while collaborating with ecommerce, digital, marketing and brand teams.
