We’re hiring a Head of CRM to lead the next phase of CRM growth across Email, SMS, App and Loyalty.
Based in London (hybrid), this is a senior, high-visibility role with significant scope to shape the CRM proposition, drive retention and build a world-class customer communications strategy.
In this role, you’ll lead the global CRM strategy across App, Loyalty and omnichannel communications, working closely with ecommerce, digital, marketing and brand teams to align CRM activity with wider commercial and brand objectives.
