Our client, a nationally recognised group of businesses, is currently recruiting for a Head of CRM & Digital on a 12-month contract, offering up to £76,300 plus a 30% Bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, delivery, measurement, and ongoing optimisation of loyalty schemes, CRM campaigns, and website content to enhance customer acquisition.
- Focus on conversion and retention across channels including Loyalty Apps, Email, SMS, Brand Websites, and customer bookings.
- Manage a team and coordinate with external agencies to support strategy development and execution.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong experience in CRM and loyalty program management.
- Experience in website optimisation is highly desirable but not essential.
