My client is a global homeware brand looking to build a team here in the UK. They are based in the US (LA) offering a hybrid working model. They have an innovative product, truly original to the market, offering their consumers a unique solution, saving them time and money and ultimately making everyday life easier.
They are looking for a Head of Acquisition Marketing to start their team here in the UK for the first time ever! You will be responsible for acquisition targets that are integral to business success, ensuring these are measurable against predicted customer lifetime value.
You will help to create channel specific strategies across paid social, SEO, affiliates, paid search, display, and retargeting. You will be responsible for the continual optimisation of all acquisition channels, conversion rates, daily monitoring, and spend, adjusting accordingly.
You will work closely with both the LA team and the GM, alongside the marketing analyst and data teams to create and launch projects. You will be looking for opportunities for growth using digital marketing channels to create new audiences.
You need to be a creative, analytical, and data-driven leader with the ability to build and manage a team, including coaching, setting objectives, and keeping them challenged and motivated with a proven track record. You will need to be motivated in a fast-paced environment with the ability to thrive under pressure.
