My client, a global beauty business, is currently looking to recruit a Global CRM Manager. You will build an industry-leading CRM programme with a brand that puts integrity, honesty, and customer satisfaction at the centre of everything. You will build the Global CRM strategy to acquire, manage, and leverage direct consumer relationships across the entire customer journey, including establishing the most relevant journeys and the optimal interaction strategies at each interaction point.
You will set data, segmentation, and database strategies and work with the E-Commerce and IT teams to develop the tools to deliver these strategies in all markets. To be considered, you will have previous experience working in FMCG CRM (Retail a plus, Beauty is a plus). You will have proven success in driving customer acquisition and annual/lifetime value through a CRM strategy that you have implemented. You would ideally have used Klaviyo; however, it is not essential.
Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy, you might need a work permit. Bank or payment details should not be provided when applying for a job. All applications should be made via the 'Apply now' button.
