Our client, a leading sports brand, is looking for a strong CRM Manager to join their team in Surrey. The role will be based in the office 2 times a week with the rest working from home. It's paying up to £50k + bonus and benefits.

It would be ideal to have Bloomreach experience, or similar, and you will be responsible for owning the CRM strategy and implementation, lifecycle, and hands-on execution. You will focus on retention, reporting using GA4, presenting reports to senior stakeholders and building automated journeys.

The ideal candidate must be able to work well in a team and autonomously.
