Email & CRM Manager

My client is a fast growing startup to build a team here in the UK. They have an innovative product, truly original to the market offering their consumers a truly unique solution, saving them time and money and ultimately making everyday life easier. They are looking for a CRM Manager to start their CRM team here in the UK for the first time ever, open to candidates at executive level with no management experience.
You will report to the Head of Marketing working together to coordinate campaigns from start to finish. You will project manage promotions and creative processes alongside the email calendar. You will work closely with the huge marketing team in HQ to ensure brand consistency and priorities.
You will need experience within a CRM with experience building campaigns, segmentation, customer journey planning and deployment. You will have the ability to manage projects across teams and with competing priorities. You will be adaptable to new technology, a team player, hardworking, organized and goal oriented.
