Our client, a leading charity based in London, is looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to join their team. The role is full-time and permanent, paying up to £32k maximum + benefits. It is 2 days in the office and 3 working from home.
You will be responsible for:
- The customer journey of the website
- Implementation of the Ecommerce strategy with the help of 2 reports
- Overseeing Email Marketing campaigns and some paid search
- Forming key Ecommerce plans going forward
- New product launches and product pages
- UX optimisation and online sales targets
- Producing frequent performance reports to present to stakeholders
The ideal person will have CMS experience, work well in a team, be highly self-motivated, think creatively, and have a problem-solving mindset.
