My client, a wellness company, is seeking a highly motivated and commercially savvy E-commerce Manager to join their team. This pivotal role, reporting directly to the Marketing Director, will focus on driving the global website performance for their DTC channel. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute innovative strategies that fuel sustainable growth, increase revenue, and elevate brand presence in current and new markets.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's 3-year and annual objectives. Key tasks include optimising UX, conversion rates, AOV, and online sales performance. You will project manage the website, creating and optimising content, and merchandising new products. Utilising analytics tools, you will monitor and analyse online trading metrics, conduct in-depth conversion funnel analysis, and recommend actionable insights for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will manage the campaign calendar, ensuring accurate setup and optimisation of activities and promotions to drive maximum sales impact.
Ideally, you will have a proven track record of success in B2C e-commerce. You should be data-driven, with strong proficiency in platforms such as GA4, Meta Tools, WooCommerce, and Klaviyo. Experience in AB testing, CRO, and UX strategies is essential. A strong understanding of the UK e-commerce markets, exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills are required.
