We are seeking a commercially driven E-Commerce Manager to join our beauty client, leading D2C, CRM, trading, and marketplace growth across the UK and USA. Based in London with hybrid working, this permanent full-time role reports directly to the Commercial Director and offers a salary of £65,000 plus benefits.
You will own the day-to-day performance of our Shopify storefront, CRM programme, and expansion into Amazon Luxury and TikTok Shop. This role is central to delivering an ambitious growth plan, translating strategy into revenue, conversion, and long-term customer value.
You will manage the full trading calendar, sales forecasting, and budget planning while driving performance across digital channels. A key focus will be optimising on-site conversion through a mobile-first approach, strong UX, and clinically-led content.
You will also lead CRM and lifecycle marketing through Klaviyo, improving retention, subscription growth, and customer lifetime value. On marketplaces, you will launch and scale Amazon and TikTok Shop, ensuring strong content, performance marketing, and brand consistency.
The ideal candidate will have D2C e-commerce experience, deep expertise in Shopify and Klaviyo, and a proven track record of owning revenue.
