Senior Ecommerce Manager – Global MD of Digital and Ecommerce Recruitment Business (Blu Digital UK & USA)

Our client, a leading retail group, is seeking a strong Senior Ecommerce Manager to lead a team of three across Trading and some CRO.

The role focuses on trading across multiple brands and is based in Cornwall, with expectations to work from the office each week. Compensation includes up to £50,000 plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the trading and commercial activities for the group’s ecommerce websites.
• Oversee a team of three, fostering a highly collaborative environment.
• Drive replatforming initiatives, with strong experience in Shopify preferred.
• Implement site optimisation, SEO and CRO strategies to maximize conversion.
• Manage commercial trading of various websites, ensuring high performance and ROI.

Qualifications

• Mid‑Senior level professional experience.
• Full‑time availability.
• Marketing background within the retail or retail apparel & fashion industry.
• Proven team management skills.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify, SEO, CRO and site optimisation.
