My award-winning ethical sustainable beauty client is looking for a brand-new Ecommerce Manager to join their team. Offering a competitive salary of up to £55,000 + 10% performance-based bonus, working from home 3 days a week and 2 days in their HQ.
You will work with the Marketing and Ecommerce Director to:
- Build budgets and sales forecasts
- Report weekly on website and CRM performance
- Ensure regular maintenance and security reviews of the e-commerce platform
You will understand and optimise their existing customer acquisition funnel, working with the wider marketing team to measure new customer acquisition strategies. Analyzing website performance and KPIs to improve on-site CVR, AOV, and CRM performance.
You will build CRM lists by optimising email and SMS campaigns via Klaviyo. You will create, analyze, and optimize subscriber segments and campaigns to increase email engagement, enhance personalization, and boost loyalty programs.
Requirements include ecommerce experience in a pure-play online or multi-channel consumer business, with advantageous knowledge of beauty and skincare. Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, third-party apps, and plugins is essential. Experience with creating and analyzing A/B testing results, with a proven track record of growth in customer engagement, conversion rates, and revenue online and via email/SMS.
