We’re looking for an experienced and commercially focused E-Commerce Manager to take the lead on digital trading and customer journey optimisation for a design-led accessories brand. This is a pivotal role where you’ll own the end-to-end experience across UK, US, and Canadian website, maximising performance through data-driven decision-making, seamless merchandising, and a clear focus on conversion, engagement, and growth. You’ll report to the Marketing Director and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations to ensure every touchpoint on the site drives value and reflects the brand’s vision.

You’ll manage daily site trading, lead promotional execution, and take ownership of CRO across key journeys using tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Shopify. From homepage updates to checkout optimisation, you’ll play a key role in building an intuitive, high-performing customer experience. You\’ll also lead A/B testing, oversee on-site search enhancements, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver actionable insights, develop content, and implement impactful changes.

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, independent brand with a strong global presence and a loyal customer base. The role is fully remote with regular London team meet-ups, offering flexibility, autonomy, and room to grow. If you’re passionate about e-commerce, have strong experience with Shopify, and are ready to make your mark in a values-driven, design-focused business, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
