We’re recruiting an Ecommerce Executive / Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our clients UK and US direct-to-consumer websites, with scope to support the trade site over time. This role plays a key part in ensuring our clients premium, mobile-first ecommerce experience is accurate, engaging and commercially effective, through the publishing of products and content, campaign updates, pricing and stock maintenance, and regular site quality checks.
You’ll work hands-on across Shopify, PIM and CMS platforms to manage product data, promotions, on-site search and category performance, while carrying out daily QA checks to ensure a seamless customer journey. The role also supports reporting and analytics, helping to track performance across traffic, conversion, AOV and stock risks, and working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Customer Service teams to keep the site trading smoothly.
We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-focused individual with a strong interest in ecommerce and digital trading. You’ll be comfortable using ecommerce and SaaS platforms, have a good understanding of UX and premium brand presentation, and enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
