Job Description:
Position: Ecommerce & Digital Director
Locations: London / New York
My leading, global beauty client is currently seeking an Ecommerce & Digital Director to join their team in London, with a focus on remote work and travel to New York. This is an exciting opportunity to lead digital strategies across multiple brands within the group.
In this role, you will manage all ecommerce activities, including website content, functionality, and customer experience, across brand websites and channels. You will oversee the rollout of in-store CRM applications in collaboration with the digital project manager and develop CRM strategies for B2B and B2C segments to enhance consumer acquisition, retention, and conversion. Budget management, including P&L responsibilities for both brands, will be part of your duties, along with reporting to the marketing director and managing four team members.
The role emphasizes ecommerce and digital marketing channels such as PPC, remarketing, affiliates, email, and SEO. The ideal candidate will have proven success in developing and implementing ecommerce strategies, strong analytical skills, and experience managing ecommerce operations in the USA or North America. Leadership, change management, and experience with customer segmentation and personalization are also essential.
