Ecommerce & Digital Director
London/New York
My leading, global beauty client are currently looking for a Ecommerce & Digital Director to join their team in London due to very exciting changes in the business. This role would have a high level emphasis on working remote however would need to be available to travel to New York.
As the Ecommerce & Digital Director you will be strategically managing all of the ecommerce activities across brand websites and channels for two brands within the group to deliver best in class customer experience whilst achieving ambitious KPIs. You will oversee management and optimisation of website content and functionality ensuring a seamless customer journey, also oversee roll out of in store CRM app working with the digital project manager. You will also develop CRM strategies for two parts of the business ( B2B and B2C) to drive consumer acquisition, retention and purchase conversion. Budget planning and management will be a part of the role including P&L for both brands, you will report into the marketing director and be managing four direct reports in the team. The role has a strong ecommerce focus with strategic management digital marketing channels such as PPC, remarketing, affiliates, email and SEO.
The successful candidate must have strong ecommerce experience with a proven track record of building and implementing successful ecommerce strategy, strong analytical skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines across multi brands, projects and departments. You will be a self-starter with a pro active approach, a great leader with strong management and communication skills and be happy with change management. You should also have experience working with customer segmentation and personalization. To be considered you will also have experience managing Ecommerce is the USA or North America.
