My client is an international premium brand seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator to join their team in central London. As an Ecommerce Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Ecommerce team on developing a new e-store, produce and distribute ecommerce sales reports, KPI analytics, and customer journey reports using Adobe/Google Analytics.
You will build strong internal relationships with EMEA ecommerce, digital, creative, merchandising, and marketing teams. Additionally, you will assist the Ecommerce manager with operational projects such as logistics initiatives, mystery shopping, packaging improvements, and customer service strategies.
Applicants should be commercially astute, customer-focused, and sales-driven. Experience in ecommerce and knowledge of Google Analytics are desirable.
