We are looking for an ambitious Ecommerce Director to lead the next stage of growth for a fast-moving, entrepreneurial consumer brands business. With revenues expected to exceed £20 million across DTC and Amazon this year, the business has clear plans to scale to £30 to 40 million over the coming years. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a commercially driven environment and enjoys turning growth opportunities into results.
You will take ownership of the ecommerce trading strategy across multiple brands, marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels. Working closely with the Chair, investors and senior leadership team, you will help shape the future direction of the business. You will combine analytical thinking with excellent commercial judgement and a keen eye for content and brand presentation.
The role will lead an established team covering ecommerce, marketplaces, content and agency partners. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of customer behaviour, digital marketing and ecommerce trading.
