A rapidly growing consumer brand is seeking a Digital Performance Lead to oversee paid media, CRM, CRO and broader digital optimisation across the UK and international markets. Managing marketing budgets of up to Β£1.3 million per year, you will work closely with specialist agencies to ensure activity is efficient, measurable and aligned to commercial goals. The brand is scaling quickly across the UK, US and Canada, offering the chance to directly influence how customers discover, engage and convert across digital touchpoints.
In this role, you will lead performance activity across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic and CRM while driving daily and weekly optimisation to maximise return on investment. Using tools such as GA4, Google Ads and Meta platforms, you will analyse data, identify opportunities and share clear insights with the wider team. You will also collaborate with creative, digital and ecommerce colleagues to ensure consistency across touchpoints and play a key role in improving on-site performance through CRO testing and data-driven recommendations.
We are looking for someone with experience in digital performance or paid media, ideally within ecommerce. You should be confident managing large multichannel budgets, comfortable in a performance-led environment and strong analytically, with a solid understanding of tracking, attribution, customer journeys and conversion optimisation. Clear communication, strong stakeholder management and excellent attention to detail are essential.
