We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to support growth for a design-led brand operating across the UK and USA. Based in London with some UK and overseas travel, this role offers the chance to have a real impact on brand performance and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage key digital channels including email, SMS, paid social, affiliates and loyalty, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and ecommerce team.
- Own email and SMS campaigns and automations, manage the paid social agency across Meta, Pinterest and TikTok, and ensure budgets and ROAS targets are met.
- Oversee the affiliate and loyalty programmes, driving acquisition, retention and repeat purchase, while managing agencies, freelancers and KPIs.
Requirements / Ideal Candidate
- Experience in digital marketing with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience managing paid social and budgets.
