Digital Marketing Manager – Beauty – Social & Paid Social, London

Our client, a leading beauty group, is looking for a strong Senior Social Media Manager to join their team in London on a 12-month FTC basis.

The role is full-time and hybrid, requiring weekly presence in the office, with a salary of up to £50k, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Responsibilities include executing Paid Social Media campaigns, leading organic Social media strategy, and producing social media assets in collaboration with the team. Experience with TikTok shop is required.

Ideal candidates will have experience with Influencer Marketing, managing budgets, content calendars, data analysis, and senior stakeholder management. Leadership experience, including line management of a small team, is essential.

The candidate should be a strong team player, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment, and able to lead social media strategy.
