Digital and Ecommerce Manager

My client, a leading travel technology business, is looking for a Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager to drive growth across its expanding portfolio of websites. You will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and you\’ll take ownership of performance marketing and UX strategy, ensuring brand visibility and customer engagement across diverse markets.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities for both supply and demand on their websites. To drive demand, you will lead our performance marketing efforts across paid search, social media, meta-search partnership, SEO, and email marketing. You\’ll also enhance their website\’s user experience by collaborating with developers on specifications, conducting A/B testing, and iterating based on results.
Ideally, you will bring experience in scaling a B2C ecommerce business, with direct expertise in paid search, paid social, SEO, customer retention (, email and CRM), and UX. Experience with two-sided marketplaces or B2B marketing would be beneficial.
