My client is an industry-leading B2C global haircare brand looking to join their well-established digital marketing team. They are offering a competitive salary of up to £60,000 + 20% bonus, operating a Hybrid model of working 1 day in their London central office and 4 days working from home a week.

You will report directly to the Ecommerce Director, with one direct report (Digital Marketing Executive), owning paid media strategy/budgets and implementation across Global markets. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers to their websites in both the UK and US markets, via creating best-in-class campaigns across Search, Social, Display, Affiliates and Connected TV.

Working alongside the creative team and digital media agencies to create acquisition strategy and media plan across all channels, as well as overseeing and managing the execution and reporting results to key brand stakeholders. You will be ambitious with an entrepreneurial mindset and direct hands-on experience creating digital campaigns. You will need a strong understanding of each channel including attributes, limitations, and audience. It is advantageous to have experience in managing agencies and vendors.
