Our client, a leading retail group, is looking for a strong CRO Manager to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is paying up to £80k maximum plus benefits and will require someone to attend an office in Hertfordshire 3 days a week, with 2 days working from home.
You will have very strong leadership and strategy experience across conversion rate optimisation, roadmaps and testing strategies, have an analytical mindset and use data to drive key decisions and have experience managing 3rd parties. You must be agile in approach and have had prior team management experience.
The ideal person will also have some hands-on experience as well as strategy, and be able to suggest key quick wins for the business. You will have good technical skills and have worked with a variety of platforms, along with managing multiple stakeholders.
