We’re seeking a talented and driven CRO/UX Lead to join our client's in-house digital team at a fashion brand. The role involves leading conversion rate optimisation strategies and enhancing the user experience across the ecommerce platform. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about data-driven design and creating seamless, customer-first online journeys. The position is 4 days per week in the office and 1 day from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute a structured experimentation roadmap, including delivering A/B and multivariate tests to optimise key website areas such as checkout, product pages, and merchandising.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Ecommerce, and Development, to ensure insights and improvements are effectively implemented.
  • Shape the UX across all digital touchpoints by producing wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to bring ideas to life.
