Are you looking for a new role within CRM? Are you ready to take the next steps in your CRM career? My client is within the wellness sector and is based in East Sussex. They are looking for a CRM Manager to join their growing team.
As the CRM Manager you will be expected to develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy, responsible for setting up all necessary flows and campaigns. Day to day you will be defining and refining the CRM strategy that aligns with my client's goals and objectives.
You will be expected to set up, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns, automations, and customer flows; owning the relationship with the email provider. You will be analysing customer data and segmenting our audience for personalised and targeted communication.
In this role, you will be developing and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns to engage and educate customers, drive conversions and subscriptions, and build brand loyalty. As the CRM Manager, you will create and manage automated email flows, including onboarding, re-engagement, and post-purchase sequences.
To apply for this role you must have had experience within CRM and be able to be hands-on. You must have proficiency with Klaviyo (or similar email marketing platforms). You will also be familiar with customer segmentation techniques.
