The Brand is a Sport Nutrition Worldwide Online Retailer based in the heart of Camden with huge plans for the year. They are looking for people who are passionate about protecting the planet and the people on it that can help them with their rapid expansion across geographies, audiences and product range. Offering a Flexi-working model, 2-3 days in the office a week.
They are looking for a CRM Manager that can help them grow and nurture they’re database both in the US and UK whilst working on retention strategies. You will be expected to both build and launch a subscription model, to develop loyalty programmes, encompassing refer a friend, loyalty points, alongside development of personalisation, segmentation and triggered emails. You will plan and deliver strategies to allow subscriber growth and repeat customers.
You will be working alongside marketing and NPD teams to identify key points to the customer lifestyle optimising automated and NPD teams. You will also be expected to conduct A/B testing to develop email design ensuring a seamless customer experience to maximise AOV and LTV. The role will allow you to work on new opportunities and target audiences to optimise ROI, working on ways to improve customer experience.
