Our client, a large retail company based in London, is looking for an ambitious CRM Manager to join their team in London. This is not a remote role and will require you to attend the London office a few days a week.
The role needs someone who is hands-on with campaign creation, data analysis and reporting, working with templates, campaign execution and strategy setting. This person will be the CRM go-to person within the business and will be able to influence senior stakeholders and offer creative solutions within Retention and Acquisition.
You will have copywriting skills, segmentation experience and though Email marketing is the main channel, experience within Push notifications and SMS would be beneficial. Ideally, this person will have experience working with Dotmailer and PowerBI; HTML experience is not a requirement however would be beneficial.
You should also be a team player, be able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and add commercial value.
