Are you looking for a new role within CRM? Are you ready to take the next steps in your career? My client, a luxury travel company with over 60 years of operation, is seeking a CRM Manager to join their growing team in southwest London. The company has exciting growth plans for 2024.
As CRM Manager, you will be responsible for delivering CRM campaigns to develop the Northern Europe cluster across B2C and B2B markets. You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams across Europe to implement effective CRM strategies. Your daily tasks will include:
- Designing CRM/PRM programs to enhance customer loyalty, retention, and lifetime value.
- Planning and executing targeted communication campaigns, utilising customer data to personalise messages and offers.
- Measuring campaign performance and optimising strategies to meet business objectives, with GA4 experience required.
- Managing opportunities to grow the database through CRM and lead generation projects, applying best practices for database optimisation.
Requirements for this role include approximately 4 years of CRM experience, basic HTML and coding skills, and proficiency in Salesforce and Acoustic is a plus. Experience in the travel or luxury sectors is essential.
