My client is the UK’s largest leisure experience company in their niche and is looking for a CRM Manager to join their team during a time of growth to help optimise their customer communications and deliver increases in revenue as a result of CRM activity.
You will lead the way on optimising customer communication activity through email, apps and more. You will define the appropriate KPIs of the CRM activity as well as create and execute communications strategies. You will also ensure the content fulfills the company's ideals and use data to evolve and inform your plans and strategy.
A major part of your role will be managing the integration and optimisation of Bloomreach along with creating marketing communications that include all communications channels.
You must be adept with Bloomreach to be considered for this role with experience in creating and delivering CRM strategy. Ideally, you will have experience in onboarding and setting up a new customer data platform system and be great at writing copy. You will have a strong eye for aesthetics for customer communications and be commercially astute with experience of setting and delivering against targets.
