My client is an industry leading innovative fun-loving household name in Beauty! They are looking for a CRM Manager to join their amazing well-established team. They are based in Essex 2/3 days a week hybrid model, offering a salary of up to Β£45,000, amazing benefits, bonus and a clear route to progression.
You will be reporting directly to the Head of CRM, with a clear route to progression. You will work with the Senior CRM Manager to propose ongoing strategy for the year, you will also manage a CRM Assistant and CRM Coordinator. You will have ownership of e-tailers CRM activity working closely with the Ecommerce Manager strategically and budgetary planning. You will also work with the wider PR team to ensure the brand message and loyalty team to implement relevant segmentation strategies.
You will have experience in CRM with a solid understanding. You will have creative flair alongside confidence with using systems and capability to take on a direct report. You will be an excellent communicator with a positive βcan-doβ attitude.
