Our client, a fast-growing interiors / lifestyle business, is currently looking to recruit a CRM Manager. You will create a CRM strategy that leads to increased engagement and overall value for both the customer and our client. You should be passionate about CRM technology and able to communicate effectively.
Your role will involve planning and mapping out a growth-led strategy to drive conversions, repeat orders, and LTV to meet our commercial objectives. You will leverage direct consumer relationships across the entire customer journey, establishing relevant journeys and interaction strategies at each touchpoint.
The ideal candidate will have a background in CRM, Loyalty, and Content, with solid hands-on implementation experience. You will prioritize customer-centric decision-making and campaign execution.
