Are you looking for a new role? Are you ready to take the next steps in your CRM career? My client operates within the FMCG sector and is seeking a CRM Manager to join their growing team in central Manchester.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing effective CRM strategies
- Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities
- Planning and executing targeted email, SMS, and push campaigns
- Monitoring campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and customer lifetime value
- Managing and optimizing the referral program by improving touchpoints and testing new offers
To qualify, you should have solid experience in CRM, be capable of both hands-on and strategic work, and have experience building lifecycle automation campaigns. Familiarity with platforms similar to Klayvio is required, although experience with Klayvio itself is not mandatory. Experience in FMCG is desirable but not essential.
