Our client is looking for a CRM Manager £60k to £70k (one day per week in the office) to lead data‑driven campaigns that inspire loyalty and deepen customer connections across key European markets. You’ll own the CRM campaign calendar, manage a small team, and deliver engaging multi‑channel campaigns across email, SMS, and app push. From planning and briefing to QA and deployment, you’ll ensure every touchpoint reflects the brand voice and fuels engagement, conversion, and long‑term value.
In this role, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, using leading CRM platforms to personalise journeys, segment audiences, and optimise performance.
