Our client, a leading agency based in London, is looking for a strong CRM Manager to join their team. The role will be based in an office in London on a hybrid basis, and will pay up to £65k based on experience + benefits and generous holiday allowance.
You will have complete ownership of the CRM strategy in-house for the agency across acquisition and retention. You will also be responsible for execution and will have the potential to build a team in the future.
The role requires someone with really strong stakeholder management experience and you will have strong influencing skills across senior leaders. The role doesn’t require B2B experience, however the role will be B2B focused.
