My client, a skin care and cosmetics scale-up business, is looking for a CRM Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have email marketing experience and a good understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
You will collaborate with the creative and brand teams to set up, test, and optimize the website. You should be data-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, A/B testing, and demonstrating strong organization and attention to detail to improve CRO results, channel activity, and loyalty programs.
