Our well-known health and wellbeing client is currently undergoing an exciting digital transformation and is looking to recruit their first Content Editor, with a salary of up to £51,800, working one day in the office and four days from home.
The ideal candidate will be an expert in creating and publishing digital content (written, images, video). You will manage the production of high-quality content that aligns with business and customer outcomes, such as improving digital NPS, increasing digital sales, and enhancing digital task completion, all while adhering to brand guidelines.
You will maximize the capabilities of the CMS to reduce the need for digital development and will be responsible for front-end personalization and multivariate testing across digital platforms.
Applicants should have significant, demonstrable knowledge, skills, and experience in content editing. Proven delivery experience in a complex IT environment with a high volume of change is essential. Excellent writing skills are required, along with previous experience working with various CMS platforms to implement non-development changes.
