We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Ecommerce Manager for our premium client. A key focus of this role is Shopify and CMS leadership. You will own and optimise the Shopify ecosystem, ensuring best-in-class merchandising, conversion, and scalability. You’ll play a central role in CMS management and replatforming, defining requirements, supporting migrations, and driving continuous onsite improvement in partnership with Digital Product and UX teams.

As a senior leader, you will manage prioritising workload and elevating best practices across Shopify and CMS tools. To be successful, you’ll bring strong experience in a senior ecommerce role, ideally within a DTC or beauty brand, with hands-on Shopify expertise and proven involvement in CMS replatforming or major platform enhancements. You’ll be data-led, strategic yet hands-on, highly organised, and confident, driving growth beyond discount-led tactics.
