Are you ready to join a fast-growing consumer brand and play a key role in scaling its DTC ecommerce function? We’re hiring an Ecommerce Manager to support the growth of a high-performing Shopify channel, owning day-to-day trading, retention, onsite optimisation, and subscription performance. Based in London (hybrid), this is a hands-on role with strong visibility and progression potential within a scaling business.
In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day ecommerce operations, execute the trading calendar across launches and promotional activity, and support retention initiatives to improve repeat purchase and customer lifetime value. You’ll work closely with internal teams, developers, and external partners to optimise onsite performance, improve UX and conversion, and drive commercial growth through data-led decision making. You’ll also be responsible for weekly reporting and identifying opportunities across customer journeys and site performance.
To be successful, you’ll have ecommerce or DTC experience, ideally within a consumer-focused brand, alongside strong Shopify knowledge and a hands-on approach to trading and optimisation. Exposure to subscription models is highly desirable, alongside a commercial mindset, strong organisation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
