Chief Growth Officer – Fashion

Our client is a fast-growing fashion business looking to recruit a Chief Growth Officer paying up to £170,000.
You will create and develop a strategy, manage a P&L, and understand the customer to develop new ways to attract new customers to the site. You will manage digital marketing including paid search and look after CRO and trading. You will fully understand the ecommerce fulfillment side of an ecommerce business and manage this to success. The role will be very data heavy and you will build a team to help support the vision.
To be considered you will experience growing a brand and an ecommerce business and ideally into new markets. You will have a broad knowledge of digital, ecommerce, data, CRO, and fulfilment.
