Assistant Marketing Manager - Up to £50,000 - Beauty We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join a fast‑growing e‑commerce beauty brand.

This is a key role, responsible for shaping and delivering marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will take full ownership of multi‑channel campaigns, lead and mentor junior team members, and manage relationships with brand partners.

In this role, you will plan, execute, and oversee multi‑channel marketing campaigns, ensuring all activity is delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.

You will also monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide actionable insights to optimise future campaigns and drive engagement, conversion, and overall business growth.
