Our client is looking for a commercially-minded Head of Ecommerce & Digital to take ownership of its global online business. Based in the North West, this pivotal role is office-based 3 to 4 days per week and offers full accountability for a multi million ecommerce operation that drives across various international websites.

You will lead a sizeable team and collaborate closely with warehouse, distribution, and wholesale teams to ensure a seamless, end-to-end customer experience. This is a hands-on, trading-focused role, with responsibility for merchandising, conversion rate optimisation, pricing, promotions, and customer journey improvements.

The role encompasses all digital channels: SEO, PPC, email, CRM, and paid media, supported by both internal teams and external agencies. You will manage the platform, working with agencies, while delivering a clear ecommerce roadmap, robust performance reporting, and continuous commercial growth across all markets.

We are seeking a senior ecommerce leader with experience in high-revenue online environments, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven ability to drive performance. You will be commercially driven, data-led, and confident managing complex, multi-site international operations. Expertise in multi-site ecommerce, CRM, copywriting, and performance marketing is essential, alongside strong stakeholder and agency management capabilities.
