Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of Trade will own the D2C commercial plan, driving revenue, contribution and trading performance across our clients high-growth, subscription-led ecommerce business.

You’ll play a pivotal leadership role in translating strategy, customer insight and marketing calendar into a clear trading plan that delivers results.

You’ll own the annual and quarterly trading strategy, forecasting, commercial calendar, promotions, product priorities and the daily rhythm of ecommerce performance.

You’ll bring together marketing, CRM, product launches, stock, operations and customer insight to ensure they have one connected view of the commercial plan and the actions required to deliver it.

You’ll lead onsite merchandising and CRO, partnering closely with UX, Product and Engineering to identify opportunities, prioritise experimentation and turn insight into measurable commercial impact.

You’ll be equally comfortable setting the long-term strategy and getting into the detail of weekly performance, diagnosing revenue, conversion, AOV, margin, product mix, promotions and stock exposure.

We’re looking for an experienced ecommerce and trading leader with experience in D2C, subscription, retail or consumer brands, strong forecasting and commercial capability, and deep knowledge of ecommerce, CRO, analytics, performance marketing and CRM.
