Are you ready to shape the digital future of a global brand? Are you looking for your next step as a digital leader with real influence, autonomy, and scale? My client based in the Midlands is seeking a Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead and transform their global digital strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior digital leader to drive eCommerce growth, expand international reach, and integrate brand and digital into a world‐class customer experience.
As CDO, you'll take ownership of the entire digital ecosystem from eCommerce platforms and UX, to performance marketing and CRM / CLTV – ensuring both acquisition and customer lifetime value are maximised. You'll oversee multi‐channel digital growth, including paid social, PPC, SEO, email, and SMS, while making customer insight and retention central to every strategy.
International expansion is key; you'll help shape and scale localised digital strategies across the UK, US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia‐Pacific, ensuring global growth is brand‐consistent and commercially optimised.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in digital / eCommerce leadership, with proven success in building and scaling international markets, including strong US market experience. You'll have deep expertise in Shopify Plus (or similar), CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, and data‐driven performance channels.
