We’re delighted to bring to the market this key role in this Big 4 firm’s specialist financial services VAT team. Clients include plenty of major names in the banking, insurance, asset management, private equity and real estate fields – at Assistant Manager grade you’d cover a range.
The brief will be the delivery of quality VAT consulting services, working closely with experienced senior colleagues - and you’ll also be given the opportunity to get involved in managing the workload and developing the skills of the more junior talent in the team.
Ideally you’ll need a background in UK VAT advisory - preferably in Financial Services, but other transferable sector experience and a keen interest in focusing on financial services will be considered. You’ll need an inquisitive mind and the ability to function well in a team driven environment.
The team is diverse, friendly and supportive and there is plenty of opportunity for swift promotions. You will be fully supported by senior members of the team who will provide you with the guidance and opportunities to assist you in realising your full potential.
Market rate for this kind of position is typically £45,000 to £55,000, depending on experience. Please note that specific salary bandings for roles with individual clients may vary from these guidelines.
